Switch to another tour

We are leaving NYC again as another tragedy has struck the city. For a short time all the bridges and tunnels were closed until it was certain that the crash was an accident and not another terrorist attack. This really clarified how we New Yorkers are all affected in these trying times. On a lighter note, this is the tenth day of our tour, and is also the tenth day of sunshine which got Percy to describe this weather as "wall to wall sunshine". So this is the last date of the: "Wall to Wall Sunshine 2001 Tour".
Philly at night with Philadelphia's City Hall and William Penn in the distance.
Between Sarah and Percy is Tom Gagliardi who, along with Mike Harris, gave Buckyball a lot of airplay to help make this show a success.
A lot of happy listerners (especially the three guys who came all the way from Syracuse to catch the gig).
The Fatal Hour. The stage is small and Sarah compares it to the space in the van. Luckily we are by now accustomed to tight environments. The sound is good and both shows went flawlessly. It shows that we have been performing for the past ten days.
The gig is over, but nobody wants to leave. This nice woman was very enthusiastic about us and had a good time chatting with Percy. Percy has lots of fans here in Philly!
Rick, with his eyes closed (no he is not sleeping) is an owner of the Tritone and is a very nice club owner, which is a dying breed these days. The Tritone is a great place. Friendly, with good food and good music, this is our last found jewel on the road, to be nurtured and cherished, so that they enjoy a long life. The woman in the middle was showing off her liptick.
Paul, the man in charge of the door gave us a hand to extricate John from the club. It is over and a little bit sad, but we are buoyed by all the great feedback we received along the tour.

So this is the the end of this journal, we hope that you found it interesting, we surely had a lot of fun doing it. we will do a last posting in a few days with comments and reflections about the music and the music business. Please feel free to post your comments on our guestbook.
