It is a road trip, from now on, we had a another packed club in Kyoto, where we were joined by the group Sixnorth, which organized the second part of the tour, they are very good players, and the combination of the two bands seems to please the audiences. We had a nice hang at the club (FAB) Percy signed three basses from fans, which keeps me wondering if we are going to see some of them on Ebay tomorrow. But I don't think that it is going to be the case, they all seems genuine fans, I can't believe that Ibanez the official endorsees of Percy did not even show up at any of the gigs. Anyway from Kyoto to Kanazawa our next gig, we are going across the Island, and this means that we are going through many tunnels well we like that... |

The weather is not on our side, there is a lot of snow around us, but now it is raining pretty hard, and we are missing the scenery the gig in Kanazawa, went well it was a small hall but the audience was very enthusiastic, I am amazed to have peoples coming to us after the gig to get autographs, not only on the Tunnels and Brand X cds, but also on Sarah Pillow's "Nuove Musiche" and my first solo album "Shadowlines", we do have a strong fan base for all the Buckyball releases here. |

Here in Nagoya, we pass a big geodesic dome, I've seen one in Kyoto too, they seem to be a popular design here! |
As the night fall in the town and that we are checked in at the hotel I take a stroll around the neiborhood, we are staying next to the train station and the street are bustling with hurried commuters, but none jaywalks, I had to catch myself a few times, but when in Rome...this is not NYC where jaywalking is practically a way of life. |
Ok the photo is not to focused, but tonight I am sitting in with Sixnorth, at the Bottom Line, yes the same one that closed in New York a couple of weeks ago, this so shameful to think that the state of live music in NYC as fallen to a serious low. |
Chicken Georges?! interesting name for a club. it is a big room with a big stage, so we are going to end the tour with a big jam, with the two bands playing together! |
The sound check are getting shorter and shorter, we just need to make sure we hear each other, the rest is under control. latter that night Paul Jackson made it to the gig, it was nice to see him, after the almost three years that pass after the recording of "Conjunction". |

Playing the midi vibe is alot of work, there's all the notes, the setting up of everything, making sure that all the programs work as planned. I have to say that this tour was very much free of problems, between mw and my instrument. It has nor been always as smooth in the past. |

Satoshi was our driver, he got to deal with us and we got to deal with him, whichI guess makes it kind of even, Lance had a special relationship with him, kind of the son he never had. We had our doubt but we made it safely to all the gigs, and that what's counts. right. |
