It all started when we needed to stop and stack up on various chemicals that we will need along the trip (our advisors counseled us not to list them here); so let just say that it was somehow imperative for the good flow of the tour...
On the way out of town we passed the plant where they manufacture some of those chemicals, and got a good look at their unbridled smoke stacks. Where does it all go? We probably need to do more studies before reaching a conclusion.
I think we got part of our answer, as Percy seems to have a somehow adverse reaction !
Sakura seems to be affected too, but her symptoms are quite different.
Ok I must concentrate, drive on and hope that I will weather this chemical storm, heading south (that is where we are going, right?).
Passing a bridge to hopefully cleaner air (Tunnels on a bridge ha, ha) damn I am starting to be delirious, maybe that is the effect these chemicals have on me. I must drive and focus on the road, it's got to be better on the other side of this bridge!
How come Frank is not affected? He is the only true New Yorker in this van.... he is probably immune.
Percy looks better... well, it was close, and this show is back on the road!
